industry. With bioengineering pioneer JUBOKEN Enterprises
Incorporated as its main proprietor, COCOTECH is the
country’s leader in the application of coir-based erosion control
products in arresting soil erosion, protecting eroded slopes, rehabilitating
degraded landscapes, ecological restoration, and combating other forms
of land degradation.

environments harsh for plants. Derived from natural organic materials,
the COCONET, and other products from the coconut husk
(e.g. cocopeat, cocolog, and cocomat) degrades at a naturally slow rate
allowing plant recolonization, while holding the soil in place.
